In Realhao Precision Machining, all the material for the precision machined parts must be purchased from the indicated suppliers by our customer. Certificates for material, heat treatment must be offered to customers to make sure the quality of the precision machining parts.
Realhao Precision Machining has precision CNC milling machines, turning machines, and high precise EDM machines in house. We can keep sure the quality and lead time. For the three parts, it just took 14 days from the date of P.O to the delivery.
IRealhao Precision Machining has CMM inspection machine in house. All the precision machined parts must be inspected and CMM report must be offered to customer with the delivery the of machined parts.
1. All the precision machined parts must be paint anti-rust agent and packaged in vacuum seal bags.
2. All the machined parts must be packaged in ply-wood case.
